About The Role
You’ll become a member of the Highspot Design Studio team. The Product Design function at Highspot is an integral part of the company, and how we approach developing customer solutions. Working cross-functionally, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to post-release feedback collection. You should have a passion for design thinking, an eye for quality design and consistency and a knack for reducing the complex to the bare essentials. You are also an effective diplomat with strong communication and organization skills.
\n- Work closely with UX research to identify and investigate user problems and/or opportunities
- Work closely with engineering and product management to refine features and support the shared vision and execution of product plans
- Define methodology and approach to based on the needs of the project (user flows, IA maps, primary/secondary research)
- Collaborate with your counterparts to identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis
- Create high-fidelity design comps and prototypes for testing and handoff
- Creative problem solving
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies
- Understanding of rapid prototyping approaches (Figma, HTML 5, InVision)
- Ability to deliver strong work on tight schedules
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Strong user empathy
Base salary range: $116,000 - $173,000 USD
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
