About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Renewals Manager, the Renewals Specialist will provide coordination support for Highspot contract renewals. In this role, you will partner with other Highspot customer account team members to coordinate and help ensure accurate document workflow and overall contract execution for our customers.
\n- Research Salesforce accounts to identify upcoming renewals
- Share upcoming renewals and key information with the internal Highspot customer account team, including:
- Renewing ARR
- Customer health
- Expansion opportunities
- Contract details and special terms
- Contact details (e.g. Solution owner, decision-makers)
- Update account information to reflect current contacts and accurate data
- Update and spot-check existing customer accounts to correctly reflect current customer agreements
- Identify true-up opportunities throughout the year by monitoring customer license usage
- 2 years of relevant experience
- CPQ experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to take ownership, handle multiple tasks, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience using the Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc)
- Some experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Experience with Business-to-Business customer agreements is a plus
