Your Future Team
As a Director, Wealth Solutions, you will be responsible for working with advisors to provide financial and estate planning solutions to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advisor Engagement, Marketing, and others to achieve our growth and business objectives. Your role will include enhancing our planning capabilities and providing educational resources to our advisors and customers alike.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a Hightower brand ambassador by upholding The Hightower Way cultural elements – Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter.
Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors to help drive, facilitate and implement Wealth Solutions offerings including Hightower Trust Company services.
Provide comprehensive, personalized financial advice, estate planning strategies, charitable giving opportunities, and tax optimization solutions tailored to clients’ specific circumstances.
Create detailed financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, estate distribution, and wealth transfer strategies.
Collaborate with Wealth Solutions team members to review wills, trusts, and other legal documents to ensure coordination with financial and estate planning goals.
Stay up-to-date with evolving estate laws and tax regulations, incorporating changes into clients' financial and estate plans as necessary
Conduct educational seminars and workshops for clients and prospects on topics related to estate planning, wealth management, and financial literacy.
Create and implement effective training and educational programs that equip our advisors with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Develop educational materials, workshops, webinars, and other resources.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in delivering financial and estate planning solutions to clients
Proficiency using financial planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and related software
Certified Financial Planner certification
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing educational programs or training initiatives
Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry advancements
