You are great at getting and giving respectful and productive feedback to candidates and colleagues.  Service-oriented. You have the ability to anticipate, recognize, and meet peoples’ needs on day-to-day needs as well as long-term objectives.  What You’ll Do   You will be a product owner on our analytics platform leading our corporate and advisor business intelligence initiatives.  The position is a detail-oriented role responsible for supporting multiple cross-functional teams and products. The position will manage the product roadmap, architecture, design, and support of multiple solutions in the areas of advisor practice management. The role is directly supporting the analysis of platform enhancements, requirements elaboration, and the delivery of business value through system changes. The product owner reports to Hightower’s Head of Advisor Systems as part of the Platform and Innovation group.  Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class dashboard and reporting analytics Build prototypes to illustrate solutions to key stakeholders demonstrating the value of the strategy Facilitates solution definition and design with business and development team stakeholders Create actionable business insights and recommendations to impact advisor practice performance through revenue and efficiency gains.
