Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and possess exceptional organizational abilities.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers or visitors regarding company services or products
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Process order entries accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
