Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) is looking to hire a talented Cyber Operations Analyst to join our team in San Antonio! This role is in support of the 67 Cyber Operations Group staff and your experience/knowledge should be commensurate with headquarters-level support. This role will provide personnel attached to the group with the knowledge, skills, and abilities/qualifications to accomplish tasks in the cyber and network defense operational/technical environments. You will coordinate with Group Stan/Eval offices, the training officer, resource management, the unit deployment manager, and the Director of Operations (DO) or designated representative. Also, you will help to evaluate operations, qualifications, upgrades, tests, exercises, and continuation training requirements to meet required currency and progression standards, in accordance with established priorities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Develop, track, and document the various requirements for military/civilian personnel to achieve Combat Mission Ready (CMR) or Duty Position Qualified (DPQ) as appropriate.
• Research, analyze, and develop materials to identify and define processes, requirements, and resources, and to assist in the development, administration, and maintenance of effective STAN/EVAL programs.
• Ensure alignment and synchronization between 67 COG cyber mission areas and priorities with national requirements.
• Assess program requirements through Staff Assistance Visits to develop comprehensive plans and recommend viable options/solutions for future STAN/EVAL challenges, shortfalls, and manning/programmatic needs.
• Facilitate meetings for the 67 COG Chief of STAN/EVAL and the 67 COG/OGV office including planning meetings, providing an agenda, collaborating with members, identifying problem sets, developing courses of action, providing relevant information, recording minutes, submitting, and maintaining documentation resulting from the meeting.
• Record and upload all documents in the Government-furnished format and in the appropriate electronic Government approved shared location.
• Provide operational and strategic support for projects and efforts to modernize, improve, and sustain the 67 COG mission and objectives.
• Review and analyze requirement documents, such as CONOPS and Operating Concepts, and report analysis to the Government through written documentation and briefings, especially after technical forums.
• Maintain electronic records in an appropriate electronic Government approved shared location.
• Be proficient with Government-furnished software automation tools for the documentation and tracking of member readiness status, qualifications, certifications, evaluation records, and training records, i.e., Patriot Excalibur (PEX).
• Deliverables shall include standardization/evaluation documentation, concepts of employment, concepts of operations, meeting minutes, crew combat mission ready tracking, ready cyber-crew program documents, briefings, trip reports, and Staff Assistance Visit reports
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with a bachelor's in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; 0 years experience with Ph.D. or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
5-7 years of progressively responsible STANEVAL support experience; comparable to work performed as a mid-senior level STANEVAL evaluator/analyst; 3-5 years supporting DoD/AF organizations. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and other current computer applications, internal transactional applications, and the Internet
Active Top Secret w/ current SCI - Willing to comply with SAP requirements
