The Role
Analyze, program, configure, test and implement enterprise-wide purchased systems (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Siemens PLM) and cloud or on-premise enterprise software applications (i.e. ERP, CRM, BI, EAI) in support of business objectives. Responsible for all aspects of the enterprise application/system life cycle, including coordination with user groups to identify solutions that improve business processes, implementing changes, training, other user-focused activities and prepares specifications. Plans, manages and implements the installation of enterprise application/system upgrades, integrations and overall maintenance of system changes. Align the organization’s IT infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency & productivity of business operations and research/recommend changes in enterprise application/system environment through internal customization and identify opportunities for increased productivity cost reduction. Develop programming scripts to automate functionality of enterprise business applications and conduct user training as necessary.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as an equivalent to Bachelor's Degree for Information Technology Related Positions Only:
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
  • Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
  • A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
