Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our nursing team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health Unit, you will be responsible for leading and delivering clinical care in compliance with nursing standards of practice. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' medical and psychiatric needs. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities:
Develop, lead, document, and direct clinical care provided by nursing personnel
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' medical and psychiatric needs
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Foster therapeutic relationships with patients to support their recovery journey
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse, or ability to obtain licensure by the start of employment
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
