About this Position
This is an approximate six month project, where specific campaigns have been created to help increase business. It is possible this project could be extended past six months, or that it could possibly transition into a full time position at some point.

Responsibilities
- Must provide own internet service
- Must have a quiet place to work such as an office or space reserved strictly for work purposes
- Must attend two week training course at our dealership in Fort Worth, TX
- Confidently make calls to prospects using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with missed appointments
- Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the Dallas Fort Worth Area
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (and preferably dual-screen experience)
- Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open
- Automotive knowledge a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
