Hillsborough Community College is seeking Compliance Officer to oversee the processes and procedures of the college. Hillsborough Community College is a comprehensive community college located in Tampa, FL. The position:
(1) Works collaboratively with college staff and faculty to perform internal reviews by gathering sufficient, reliable and relevant evidence to document the related conditions and findings. Recommends improvements and follows up to ensure the improvements are made.
(2) Works as a team member or individually to assist the State of Florida auditors.
(3) Performs a comprehensive, annual College-wide risk assessment and develops an annual review plan by month based on that assessment.
(4) Performs special projects as necessary, including investigations of complaints/allegations, analyzing potentially confidential and sensitive information.
(5) Other tasks as determined and/or assigned.
