Florida Agency Network is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for our high-volume in Clearwater, Florida.
Qualified Candidate will:
- Answer high-volume phone system and direct clients to appropriate party/department
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
- Greeting and seating clients with a very welcoming personality
- Assist with Earnest money deposits and receipts
- Assist clients with general information
- Order, Organize, and Maintain office supplies
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Maintain professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times
- Self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years experience in an office setting/customer service
- 1-2 years experience handling high-volume phone system
- Career-minded
- Outgoing and helpful personality
- Professional appearance
- Punctual and Reliable
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Computer savvy
