What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailer - Camper/RV position at Hilltop Camper and RV?
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior of the recreational vehicles, including cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Wash the exterior of units.
- Clean, wax, polish, prep, and refurbish new and used units.
- Maintain our dealership’s highest standards.
- Inspect the units thoroughly.
- Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.
- Report any damage to the supervising manager.
- Coordinate work with team members.
- Clean the facility, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
- Various other duties as required for Hilltop’s business needs.
Qualification/Requirements:
- No experience necessary-will train!
- Reliable, professional, respectful, and courteous at all times.
- Thorough and take pride in your work.
- Organized and able to complete detail needs in a timely manner.
- Self-directed; needing minimal supervision and direction.
- Capable of working with others as a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, as the workload demands it.
- Adherence to Hilltop Camper and RV’s company policies, as written in the Company Handbook.
- Excel in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Able to be on your feet all day, preforming physical work, in both hot and cold conditions.
- Occasional elevated noise levels from shop equipment.
- Occasional vapors from shop supplies and equipment.
The hours of this position are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. This is a seasonal position that runs from April through the end of October.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
