We are hiring a Coordinator at our Montrose Family Resource Center! This position is responsible for program creation, business development and overall coordination of programs and services within the Family Resource Center. Services include; data tracking, supervision of team members, community leadership, program integrity, program growth, and budget management.
This position has a starting wage range of $23 - $24.15 per hour.
This position will have a standard business schedule of Monday - Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead role in implementation of Family Resource Center Association Quality Standards.
- Utilizes date to inform practices
- Oversee assigned center services and family development; including program development, staffing and staff growth, budget, quality and development of funding resources.
- Coordinate and help facilitate Participant Education Programs
- Monitor goals and outcomes and adjust programming as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Build and maintain community relationships by attending appropriate meetings within the community and communicating with Partner agencies to ensure program goals are met.
- Create budgets and ensure budget compliance, ensure grants are being spent out appropriately.
- Provide grant oversight; ensure all reports are completed in a timely fashion.
- Participate in community events and marketing of Hilltop services and programs.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know and implement best practice in Family Resource Center services and maintain quality standards.
- Providing training to teams as needed.
- Maintain Family Resource Quality Standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
