What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Hilltop Healthcare?
Skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation is in search for an experienced Director of Maintenance. Candidate must be well versed in department of health regulations and be skilled in all areas of maintenance including electric, plumbing, HVAC, masonry and electrical.
Organization and follow up are key and as this is a facility caring for the geriatric population, individual must be able to relate with residents well.
