What does the role involve?
Our challenging 12-24 month sales program is a hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future.
Between serving customers in a retail environment, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories. The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand.
You’ll get hands-on product experience alongside foundational learning from our exceptional learning & development team. You’ll quickly learn everything you could possibly need to know about our industry and our products – you’ll get to work with our sales teams, our product managers, you name it – you’ll get the exposure you need to quickly become a leading expert in your field and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Once you’re up-to-speed we’ll look to get you out into the field to implement everything you’ve learnt directly with our customers wherever they may be.

What you need is:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
