The SEO team manages the four pillars of Search Engine Optimization (Technical, Content, Local, Global) to maximize natural search visibility in the search engines delivering high channel performance to Hilton's Portfolio of brands. You will report to the Senior Manager, SEO. As the Senior Analyst for the SEO team, you will be primarily focused on supporting strategic technical enhancements and assisting in delivery through Product teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Identify website enhancement opportunities that increase traffic and conversion.
- Monitor crawling of search engines, perform SEO research, and prioritize actionable platform changes.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Promote SEO best practices across teams to broaden channel potential.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Research and help guide large-scale website enhancements and test-and-learn opportunities.
- Support reporting needs that assess impact of content initiatives, technological enhancements.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience
- Two (2) years in an SEO marketing role
- A general understanding of website crawling, redirects, server errors.
- Success discovering solutions and earning trust across diverse and intricate teams.
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Enterprise SEO tools like seoClarity, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience using business tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, JIRA.
- Experience in Enterprise SEO strategy execution.
