Temporary Seasonal Housekeeper

Enjoy making people feel welcome and providing a clean and comfortable living space for our owners and guests? We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team. Help bring vacation dreams to life by performing daily cleaning duties on an assigned slate of rooms. Salary Details: We offer competitive base pay.

Schedule Details: Our housekeeper must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays. Upon hire, you will receive your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain hotel/resort/villa in a clean and orderly manner; clean guest room accommodations, in-room kitchens and living rooms, conference facilities, halls and all public area spaces; remove, sort, fold, carry and replace linens; make beds; replenish supplies, set up guest room and meeting room furniture, pictures and amenities according to resort standards; mop, vacuum, extract/shampoo carpets, dust, clean bathrooms, clean/polish mirrors and windows, dispose of refuse. Follow all cleaning and sanitation guidelines and policies.
• Duties also include making beds, replenishing lines, changing and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, dusting, cleaning rooms and halls and vacuuming.
• Friendly and effective communication with dispatch, Team Members, and guests to ensure the happiness of our guests and owners.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Notify superiors of any damage, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Ensure appropriate maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and tools
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities

• Previous experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Customer Service experience
