What will I be doing?
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will assist with Executive recruitment for the Talent Acquisition department, including the coordination and administration of Talent selection process and systems. The coordinator also assists the Human Resources department senior leaders in managing calendars, conference room assignments, and ensures expenses are completed all in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Schedules virtual or in-person appointments with the Recruiter/Manager and secondary interviews for the Hiring Manager and HR Leaders.
Administers executive assessments and ensures the full executive selection process is on track and completed.
Answers phones and manages the flow of traffic coming into the applicant area where applicable, answers questions, and directs team members and/or candidates accordingly.
Manages offer process and pre-employment process and may initiate the electronic onboarding system to trigger background checks and employment verification.
Manages and tracks all data associated with new hires and orientation, and coordinates dates with necessary parties.
Assists with any audits of job folders to maintain compliance with AAP guidelines.
Assists with the administering of any skill-based or selection assessment tools.
Assists with coordination and administration of Talent programs to increase candidate flow and support recruiting efforts.
Assists HR team with projects, reporting as assigned.
Assists Department VP with calendar management, Conference Room bookings, scheduling, and expense reporting.
Collaborates with Executive Administrative Assistants to coordinate meetings and interviews.
Assists with department meeting and event planning and other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative office experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must be professional and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures
- Must have initiative and the ability to learn quickly
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to internal and external recruiting meetings.
- High level of demonstrated organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience in a recruiting environment
- 1 year of experience using an applicant tracking system
