What will I be doing?
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Serves beverages to members, owners, and guests; anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any and all requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company.
- Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in bar and cash bank accountability.
- Maintains positive guest relations through good communication skills, proper demeanor, correct body language and eye contact, to ensure customer happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience.
- Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests; thanking them for visiting with us and inviting them back again, with a genuine and professional demeanor.
- Clears and resets tables, as needed.
- Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself.
- Takes ownership of any guest problems and resolve them according to departmental guidelines.
- Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/stations, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up.

The pay range for this role is $13.00 per hour plus tips.
Eligible employees may receive a quarterly “SALT” bonus if the property achieves established performance measures.

To fulfill this role successful, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Proficient social skills to effectively communicate to all patrons, guests, owners and co-workers
- Have open availability to adjust to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice in order to meet business demands.
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to organizational demands
- Prior cash handling and data entry experience required.
- Previous customer service experience
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 1 years of Bartending experience
- Previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
