A Marketing Manager with Hilton Grand Vacations manages a team of marketing representatives who achieve results through tour bookings, selling packages, generating leads, meeting targets. This position will support the team by providing clear communication and direction, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing operations. The position works with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing and training objectives are met. It is imperative to build a one-team concept where every team is interlocked with one vision and one overall goal while living and role modeling the HILTON values.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Collaborate with the marketing teams as well as the sales leaders to drive efficiencies and increase revenue.

Responsible for developing and leading team initiatives for the site to achieve targeted sales and service.

Responsible for staffing and leading their group of talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance.

Primary contact for both internal and external customers relating to activities and proficient within their region/site of the local events, attractions, partnerships, restaurants and on/off-site activities.

Develop and maintain reports to coordinate performance of the marketing team, as well as the individual performance levels of its Team Members.

Report department performance to management as well as the performance of programs, incentives, and staff.

Hold individual monthly performance reviews in partnership with team members and team leaders.

Handle cases where performance is below minimum standard according to marketing policy, and in conjunction with Human Resources guidelines.

Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience managing a team in a sales or marketing environment.

Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience.

Ability to effectively manage people and schedule for a large team.

Excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication.

Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting targets.

Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

High school diploma or GED.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.
