Location: 40 Folly Field Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Only local candidates will be considered.
Pay: Starting at $60,000.00. Potential of pay increase if performance blows us away.

Management Responsibilities Include:
- Daily operations of three restaurants ensuring smooth and efficient running
- Excellent Customer Service
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, associate evaluations, inventory control, DHEC Standards and Resort policies and procedures
- Restaurant administration
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- 1-2 years’ experience as General Manager or Kitchen Manager
