Duties:
- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of various areas, including hotel rooms, restrooms and common areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to established standards and schedules
- Identify areas that require additional attention or improvement and communicate these issues to the appropriate personnel
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop and implement improvement strategies
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness issues
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
