Leasing Professional
The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartments. This position is the face of Hilton Management in their assigned community. They are an essential member of the community’s on-site team. They report to the Community/Property Manager as well as the Regional Marketing and Leasing Manager. The Leasing Professional will be working in a team environment. This is a full time and exempt position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process and recording using Hilton’s branded technology.
- Qualify leads – using Hilton’s 5 touch system.
- Conduct property tours – virtually and in person.
- Review Applications and obtain all appropriate documents needed for application process from potential residents.
- Creates and maintains prospect file.
- Move-in Process – review and signing of lease and all documents, final preparations of the apartment home.
- Market the Apartment Community
- Conduct Market surveys of competition and forward to Marketing and Leasing Manager monthly.
- Walk and maintain the Tour Path daily.
- Create proactive marketing campaigns.
- Resident Relations
- Communicate Resident concerns timely to maintenance team and /or management team through email and/or appropriate software system.
- Follow up on Resident Concerns.
- Assist in Resident Relation satisfaction efforts.
- Develop and implement communication material for residents.
- Design and organize resident events and/or programs.
- Maintains all resident files and Update as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Background & Education:
- High School Education or equivalent required. College degree and Industry Certifications preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Leasing, Sales, Retail or Hospitality experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Multifamily Housing Leasing experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing a plus.
- Knowledge of the following software: Yardi, Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Employees must be able to see and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to climb stairs, balance, stoop and kneel.
