Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Hilton has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.

What will I be doing? Lead project and change management plans. Identify functionality gaps and risks. Create plans including change delivery, communications, training, and resistance management plans. Work with Commercial Services, Business, Data & Analytics, Distributions & Connectivity, Technology, Revenue Management, Operations, Communications, and vendors.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Requires Master’s degree in Information System/Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related field, plus 2 years of experience as Product/Project Manager or related occupation; OR Bachelor’s degree in Information System/Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of experience as Product/Project Manager or related occupation.
• Must have demonstrated experience with: assessing project performance analysis and targets; system implementations and change management within IT projects; software development lifecycle methodologies; product management; risk and business analysis for technology-based solutions.
