DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City is currently seeking a collaborative team player to be their next Beverage Server!

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City is a 629-room property, half mile south of The Pentagon, near I-395. For trips to Washington, D.C., the Pentagon City Metro station is three blocks away, with stops near Arlington National Cemetery and the National Mall. Our hotel offers an unforgettable experience with our Skydome Restuarant, offering availability Tuesday-Saturday from 5pm-10pm.  We also have our Lobby Bar, open Monday-Sunday from 4:30pm-11pm, Made Market and our Cafe Restaurant. 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• At least one (1) year of previous cocktail or food server
• At least (1) year of Customer service
• Ability to multi-task and manage high volume.
• The ability to have an open availability -Days, Nights, Holidays and weekends
• Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Shift Pattern: Full availability and flexibility- (AM/MID/PM) (weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed) 

Pay Rate: $ 10.41 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Beverage Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
