The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

What will I be doing?
The Marketing Performance & Insights team provides Hilton's Marketing & Loyalty organization with vital measurement tools to advance brand business goals and the portfolio, empowering them with media, marketing, and consumer insights along the journey.

Core to Hilton's Brand, Marketing & Loyalty teams understanding of consumer brand perceptions are the Global Brand Health Tracking Program (GBHT) and Marketing Research efforts. Insights from the GBHT program and Marketing Research advise the team members on the health of Hilton Enterprise, Loyalty, and Portfolio of brands as well as understand competitive positioning to guide strategic decision making. This individual will lead the team's qualitative and quantitative research and consultation efforts.

More specifically you will:
  • Own all aspects of GBHT program vendor relationship from contracting/scope, daily operations, and project creation.
  • Work with global internal partners and Analytics team partners to further integrate GBHT program results into insights aligned with business priorities to advise, uncover, and assess strategic needs and outcomes.
  • Orchestrate establishment of the Marketing Research team responsible for design and execution of custom qualitative and quantitative marketing research and analysis within Marketing & Loyalty. Work with MP&I leadership to develop team charter and resourcing plan.
  • Improve accessibility and relevancy of marketing research data through automation and dashboard integration efforts.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights, HRCC, and Brand teams to fuel VOC insights ecosystem across the Hilton organization.
  • Focus on team member development needs with an emphasis on industry expertise, market research techniques, and reporting.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience with Marketing, research, consulting, or brand strategy responsibilities
  • Expertise in Market Research, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques across Brand Health/ Purchase funnel/Brand equity tracking programs as well as custom research project development
  • Experience managing third-party market research vendors or agency relationships
  • Expertise in the development and delivery of succinct presentations to executive audiences
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques
  • Experience in people development as a people manager or mentor
  • Travel 15%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Experience with 3rd Party measurement vendors including Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, GfK
  • Experience working with international partners
