This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Sales Coordinator you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Sales & Commercial team, reporting to the Director of Group Sales, you will work on projects including the resort expansion and enhancement roll out to the group leisure customers, expense management, and support the resort future group and leisure positioning targets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Support the group and leisure sales team with contracting, proposals, reporting, and sales systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Help handle RFPs and Preferred Agreements and act as a liaison between sales teams, hotels, and customers.
- Manage department supplies, expenses, schedules, forecasts, month-end closing, ad-hoc inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain internal/external letters, forms, bookings, contracts, resumes, room lists, schedules, and mail assisting with email correspondence directed by managers.
- Review and update wholesale media, group accounts, and account development plans.
- Assist on other administrative responsibilities when required and directed.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Organize event participation, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring accurate documentation of activities and arrangements.
- Be the backup support for Sales Analyst, participate in relevant events, and serve as a point of contact in the absence of sales personnel.
- Host virtual calls, manage post-event surveys, and collaborate with the Marketing team on assets for Sales Managers and Directors.
- Liaise with property teams and island partners and National Sales representatives, coordinating team and client activities.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Manage expenses, invoice process, and maintain controllable expenses for the Sales and Marketing Department, including budget preparation and tracking, P&L forecasting, closing, and reporting.
- Support the team by assisting with legal and contracting language inquiries and contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and communication updates.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years hotel professional experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills (presentations, written, and verbal)
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience organizing and managing multiple projects
- Hold a two-year track record in Full Service hotel Sales and Marketing
- Familiarity with Hilton computer systems, including Delphi FDC/Salesforce
- Additional language skills are a bonus, particularly with Dutch, Spanish, Papiamento, or Portuguese
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
