As a Software Engineer iOS, you will bring your technical skills to our award-winning culture. On the Mobile Engineering team reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you will support projects including redefining and rebuilding the iOS app with new technologies.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Write clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested
- Leverage established architectural principles and Agile delivery methodology to bring to life new business capabilities and app functionality
- Propose usage of technology trends and innovations
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with architects, product owners, delivery managers, quality engineers, designers, and other developers to craft and implement the iOS app experience
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, code reviews)
- Participate in an environment with daily commits, weekly store release, and real-time collaboration with developers, UI/UX designers, product owners, and platform engineers
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Participate in app modernization efforts using new technologies like SwiftUI and TCA
- Build reusable libraries and UI components as you create new, more personalized experiences in our iOS app
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Professional experience within Technology or a related field
- Experience with full-cycle software development
- Experience with iOS application engineering with at least one app shipped to the Apple App Store
- Experience with Swift and Xcode (Interface Builder & Instruments)
- Experience with UIKit, Core Data, URL loading, and web services
- Experience/ working knowledge with architectural design patterns such as UDF, MVVM, or MVC
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) years of professional experience within Technology or a related field
- Experience with full-cycle software development in an Agile environment including design, coding, testing, release, and maintenance
- Experience with Combine, RxSwift, or other reactive programming frameworks
- Experience with Objective-C and/or SwiftUI
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development and Agile Software tools such as JIRA
