The Hinderer Motor Company is seeking a Service driven leader, to assist the Service Manager in daily department duties for our well-established Honda location. This individual will help create, innovate, and build a team. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

About this Position
The ideal candidate for this position will assist in managing the production of the Service Department Team. They will assist in managing the development of Service Advisors, technicians, and personnel to achieve production goals. The Assistant Service Manager will assist in controlling costs, setting sales and profit objectives. They will continually build a loyal clientel. The Assistant Manager will service as a Subject Matter Expert in all service - related areas.
