We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the processing of Payroll and associated responsibilities related to Payroll and 401(k) and other assigned human resource tasks, as deemed appropriate.

Prepares and submits payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintains proper documentation for payroll changes.

Ensures compliance with applicable payroll laws/regulations.

Maintains payroll processes and reporting tools based on best practices.

Completes payroll reporting requests upon request.

May provide audit support related to payroll records.

Assists in the 401(k) plan administration, supporting reporting submissions and financial wires.

Maintains patient and family confidentiality within regulatory parameters; respectful of patient belongings and environment of care.

Assumes other reporting and functions within the Finance & Accounting department to include assisting with Accounts Payable and Collections.
YOU HAVE
- High school diploma or GED required; or experience in lieu of educational requirement.
- Two or more years of payroll experience using HRIS, Paycom experience preferred.
- Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Gmail.
- Strong math skills required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary : $37,800 - $47,800
