What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Analyst position at Hines?

As a Field Analyst with Hines, you will be responsible for managing data center installation and decommissioning. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the coordination of trade, material ordering and delivery schedules to ensure quality of installation
Manages installation requests from initiation to closure
Develop Method of Procedures (MOP) for single mode fiber installs
Reviews all outstanding ticket request on a daily basis
Updates the databases noted as required
Perform equipment troubleshooting as needed
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Two or more years of data center experience
Experience working with a ticketing system
Fiber optic troubleshooting
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
