HiOperator's mission is to automate customer service by augmenting awesome humans with great technology. We believe that there’s a path to automation that greatly enhances the roles and career paths of customer service agents, rather than makes them obsolete.

We are a profitable, growth stage startup and our investors include Y Combinator, Hearst Lab, and 43North. We have been scaling exponentially and we are looking for operations managers to support our growing Buffalo office.

Your key priorities:

• Ensure key KPIs are met on a daily basis, including agent performance, customer satisfaction, first response times, and quality.
• Effectively manage time and attendance to ensure proper staffing for HiOperator’s clients.
• Train and develop our agents.
• Implement proven strategies to create a high performing and positive culture amongst the agents. Create a culture of winning and client and employee satisfaction.
  

You're a great match if you:

• Are highly quantitative and process-focused: You have a strong quantitative background and data-driven decision making approach. You have excellent Google sheets/excel skills. You excels at taking processes, deconstructing them to simple steps, and then identifying and optimizing steps most ripe for improvement.
• Proven record of performance management excellence: Has shown in prior roles the ability to drive high levels of performance, process improvement and dissemination to relevant stakeholders
• Strong coach of staff: Has ability and demonstrated success at developing staff. Key traits include ability to identify where each CHE is struggling and provide coaching on improvement. Has a proven record of demonstrable gains by direct reports in their KPIs
• Will get your hands dirty: Willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to to drive performance and lead a team.
• Are highly adaptable: You are able to lead during times of stability and major change.
