What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Lab Order Specialist (Morrisville, PA) position at Hiossen Implant?
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position encompasses diverse activities including customer phone contact, shipping, receiving, invoicing, scheduling dental cases for production and responding to customer inquiries
- Open and prepare packages for shipping
- Receive and prepare work for production
- Record inventory items
- Issue work orders
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Reply or answer about technical Issues( Implant, 3Shape, CT, Abutment Library and web page(labstar))
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Some work experience in dental lab
- High school diploma
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- The ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly with employees and customers in order to successfully and effectively complete assigned tasks
