Creatives on Call is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has demonstrated great, high-level success in selling creative business solutions and innovative technology platforms to Managers, Directors and Top Executives of large corporations, professional firms and manufacturers, Fortune 1000, and medium to small-sized companies. Our ideal candidate has recent and robust marketing/creative and/or digital business experience. This individual will be responsible for producing $500K in annualized new business their first year while also cultivating current relationships and growing Creatives’ existing book of business with an expectation of retaining +90%.
They must have experience with selling high-end business services in complex sales environments and must be driven to consistently prospect, qualify and “win” new accounts within a 3-6-month sales cycle within a regularly competitive market. They also must be comfortable making cold calls, and calling on and reaching decision-makers to uncover business needs, the actual budget and to gain commitment. A successful Sales Executive will create, cultivate and convert leads through various sources including; outbound calling efforts, networking, referrals and introductions from sourced leads and social selling techniques to grow the sales pipeline. Additional responsibilities for this executive include sourcing, connecting and networking with potential candidates for Creatives on Call helping them to find the right position when the ideal opportunity arises.
