Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Loader Unloaders to take on 1st and 2nd shift job opportunities in Ridgeville. There are also weekends shifts as well. These are career opportunities inside a new warehouse working for a customer with operations worldwide. This opportunity in Ridgeville supports retail stores throughout the Southeastern United States. Work full time hours in just three or four days!

Pay: $18.00 for 1st shift, $18.25 for 2nd shift, $18.50 for Weekend Shift (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:00pm Tuesday through Friday (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

2nd Shift: 5:00pm – 3:00am Tuesday through Friday (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

Weekend Shift: 5:00pm – 5:30 pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday (must be flexible to work later hours as needed)

Job Duties as a Loader Unloader for Hire Dynamics:

• Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• Unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or semi trucks.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

• Lifting requirement is 50 pounds
• Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid
• Stand for 8-12 hrs. /day
• Will walk throughout the shift inside a million square foot warehouse – lots of walking!
• May stay late or work extra days
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand
