Responsibilities
- Receives requests from Clients and provides information and price quotations to Client/Service Personnel
- Processes service orders and coordinates with other departments through to completion
- Receives service order requests for: service quotations, confirmations, follow-ups and service orders
- Processes all service orders, credits, additional billing and changes or cancellations directly from the Client/Service Personnel
- Responds immediately to Client inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to Clients/Service Personnel
- Answer questions regarding product line, pricing, and service
- Managing and scheduling the logistic activities of the field technicians
- Works with Service Manager to expedite or ensure timely service appointments and on the scheduling of the activities.
- Works with Site Project Manager to plan the technicians for the incoming projects.
- Maintains close liaison with other departments, especially Logistic Department, to carry order through to completion
- Report all errors or any other pertinent client concerns to After Sales manager
- Maintain client records
- Performs other duties as assigned
