We are looking for Recruiting Operations Specialist located between Blytheville and Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are looking for a professional with strong recruiting and operations skills to support the launch of our new Arkansas based office.
In this role you will source, screen, and qualify professionals to fill local positions for our client in the Oilfield Services industry.
You will be tasked with office managerial tasks as well as talent delivery as we expand our geographical presence into the local industry market.
You will be expected to provide a top notch experience to our clients and candidates through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Accept a drug test to be performed
Accept a background check to be performed
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting, talent acquisition or similar
Ability to work standard office hours (min 8 hours a day) during the hours of 7am(CST)-7pm(CST)
Proven experience in running day to day operations in an office or branch
Knowledge of the Oilfield Services industry

- General Office Management duties needed to run day to day operations
- Support in generating, training and maintaining standard operating procedures set for the success of the new branch
- Creating a presence of our company and clients needs through Marketing and Networking in the local markets Identify
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Bachelor's degree preferred not required
- MUST have a minimum 2 years experience in a metrics driven recruitment environment
- Office/Branch management experience in a Talent Solutions, Human Resources or similar environment
- Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent
- Experience recruiting for Light Industrial roles in the Oilfield Services industry is preferred
