Our Step Down Unit provides care for patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) but still requiring close monitoring and support. As a Step Down RN, you will play a crucial role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients, offering high-quality care and compassionate support.

Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours) 7:00 15:30
Unit: Step-Down

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Step-Down Unit, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing necessary medical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and complies with hospital policies.
- Respond to patient emergencies, providing immediate and effective interventions.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
