Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

Job Description
1. Collect laptops both new and old from storage rooms within the office and carry out OS imaging as per procedure and make laptops ready for shipment at the designated imaging stations
2. Clean the laptop and make sure that the laptop is in good shape for the employees to use.
3. Do inbound process of all the assets ships to client Quincy office , open the boxes and update the tracker with each asset details and store it in its designated space
4. Perform basic hardware fixing / replacement with the available parts like bezel, screen, keyboard and other hardware to make sure that laptop is in good shape and no damages.
5. Make sure that laptops and accessories for different models are made available in the designated area of the shipment room for dispatch
6. Organize the imaging area in a professional way, keep the trash in the designated areas only
7. Report anything which can affect the everyday work to the manager in advance to avoid any business impact
8. Participate as a team to move the assets to the stock room when bulk package delivery happens in the work location from the unloading dock
9. Involve in other activities like movement of hardware, cable fixing, stock room management based on the need.
10. Handle all the assets with utmost care to avoid any kind of damage while handling
