Finance company is seeking a contract File Clerk to support their Legal department.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining databases
- Labeling and updating paper files
- Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
- Photocopying and sending faxes
- Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail
- Back up reception, answering calls & greeting visitors as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of corporate experience (law firm experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
