What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal File Clerk position at Hire Options Inc?

Finance company is seeking a contract File Clerk to support their Legal department.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining databases
  • Labeling and updating paper files
  • Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
  • Photocopying and sending faxes
  • Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail
  • Back up reception, answering calls & greeting visitors as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of corporate experience (law firm experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
