Overview
Corestream (corestream.com) is seeking a Client Executive to own the overall success of our most valued clients post-sale. You will serve as a strategic partner to these keystone clients by guiding them through a strategy to optimize our value to them, sharing industry knowledge and trends, and providing recommendations on additional products & services to help them create a top tier benefits program.
You will need to be a problem solver who is willing to get scrappy and work with a variety of internal and external parties to drive strategic change with clients and solve issues quickly. Prior experience in Employee Benefits or the voluntary benefits industry will be a desired asset and will afford you the ability to identify the needs of your clients and provide strategic recommendations and top-notch service. Your Mission
MISSION: Serve as a strategic guide to your clients to get the most out of the Corestream platform and drive true Client Success, defined as driving strong employee utilization of the Corestream platform, providing operational support value for employer client contacts, and ultimately driving stronger employee retention as a result of clients using Corestream.
GOAL: Grow your accounts’ Net Revenue Retention by 120% year-over-year through a variety of levers afforded to you by Corestream.
● Better understand customer pain points and desired impacts, so we can motivate the engagement and support we need from our client sponsors
● Connect clients’ goals to our value proposition for driving strong communication plans and intuitive user journeys to employees and therefore participation and retention gains for the client
● Own client health, utilization, and impact and be accountable for renewals and increased utilization through grassroots efforts with Marketing and Product
● Own the commercial relationship with clients directly post-sale and sponsor employee and client engagement thereafter
● Communicate to clients about Corestream improvements, updates, etc. - why we’ve made these changes and the results we want to achieve with clients
● Build a relationship with client executive sponsors, and set the tone for the role of the Corestream Client Success. Discuss Corestream best practices upfront and how they support client strategic goals. Get client buy in early to support those goals
Recipe for Success
● 8 years’ experience in an account management role, managing a sizeable book of business for clients with 10,000 or more employees
● 3 years’ experience working in the group benefits industry (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, auto & home, etc.)
● Highly strategic - able to merge Corestream northstar initiatives with client’s goals to optimize each client’s success and satisfaction, as defined by employee % participation and client revenue growth
● Extremely responsive, proactive, self-starter nature
● Growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others
● Able to make an impact on clients by showcasing empathy, patience, and effective communication to better understand their emotions and points of view
● Very organized, detailed note-taker, communicates next steps swiftly, and persistently follows up until tasks are completed
● Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution
● Confident creating client presentations, and presenting in client-facing situations, both remote and in-person
● Willingness to travel for face-to-face client meetings
● Proficiency with multiple online tools (in particular, Salesforce, G-Suite, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint)

● Experience at a technology company, especially in HRTech, BenefitsTech, and/or FinTech
