Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Marketing Specialist.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible to support the development of marketing from strategy through execution, to drive stock plan participant engagement.
- Plan business with focus on education and cross-selling products through email and digital banners.
- Duties and Accountabilities:
- Ideate and build quarterly marketing strategy based on data insights and key business objectives.
- Write thoughtful creative briefs to enable a marketing agency to develop impactful creative.
- Review and provide feedback on multiple rounds of creative as part of the overall development process.
- Assist with audience targeting requirements by campaign.
- Manage legal and compliance reviews and approvals for all creative
- Support marketing operations team by providing campaign execution requirements for email and digital banners.
- Test and proof-read all creative prior to deployment as part of the QA process.
- Close partnership with project management team to track deliverables and timelines.
- Analyse marketing performance to inform future enhancements and strategies.
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of all marketing plans thinking through the overall customer experience and developing connectivity across all communication touchpoints.
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization including technology, legal, compliance, risk, marketing operations, project management office, and other corporate marketing teams.
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing strategy and execution experience
- Experience working with marketing agencies and developing creative, building marketing campaigns from strategy thru execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, client focus and organizational skills with written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure flawless execution across creative and audience targeting.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple campaigns, prioritize and resolve complex problems, in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
- Background of financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with executing across multiple marketing channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
