Are you ready to build your career by joining one of the world’s largest outdoor media companies? If so, our client is hiring a Payroll Manager!
 
What You’ll Do: 

• Responsible for preparation, input and/or verification of information into the Ceridian Dayforce system for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. 
• Manage the following:
  • Ongoing business support for payroll and time tracking process.
  • Ongoing development and enhancements to payroll processes.
  • Union payments such as Health & Welfare and Pension on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Verification of master file changes such as new hires, terminations and salary changes that are fed into Ceridian Dayforce payroll system.
  • Review of calculated timesheets in automated Time & Attendance system to identify errors and input quick entries.
  • Garnishments and employment claims process.
• Support on-going projects with HRIS team such as implementations, upgrades, system testing and business process enhancements.
• Work with Payroll-HR Compliance to support internal and external audits related to Payroll system, user compliance, and data access.  Responsible for running various reports and analyzing data.
• Problem resolution of employee payroll-related issues.
• Distribute scheduled reporting to appropriate departments within and outside the organization.
• Assist managers and employees with any Payroll related questions.         
• Strong understanding of Payroll-HR processes and data to ensure correct and efficient integration of Payroll-HR systems.

 What You’ll Bring:

• Over 6 years of payroll administration experience required.
• Experience training and mentoring team members and documenting payroll related business processes.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Ceridian Dayforce Payroll.
• Union experience is highly desired.
• Familiar with Payroll-HR Compliance items.
• Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with general ledger is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain highly confidential data.
