Overview
The main purpose of the role is continuous service delivery quality improvement. Provide excellent customer service delivery through performing quality audits on the audits performed by our BPOs and internal teams, focused on the highest possible quality service for Clients.

Requirements:
- Very good command of English (min C1)
- No prior experience required
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
- Confidentiality Standards
- Keen to learn
- Basic Knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
