Role
General Manager with 3 to 5 years plus experience in a manufacturing environment. Will consider a Senior Manager with 10 years of combined, successful, and progressive manufacturing and/or operations management experience with exposure to fabrication.
A strong capital equipment industry experience required.
Capable of operating within SAP or similar MRP platform.
The General Manager will aggressively develop and execute a strategy with four fundamental objectives, to improve productivity, to lower the cost of goods sold, to improve on-time delivery and to improve product quality. He/she will provide functional leadership in the development of the company’s manufacturing processes and integrated supply chain program and will be an active participant in overall business planning.
General Responsibilities include:
Accounting. Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing oversight, COGS / Utilization Champion, Team Champion (Working with management and clients) and Performance Monitoring and Reporting
“Roll up the sleeves—get it done,” action-oriented personality is essential.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and/or Business preferred
10% Travel Required.
