Job Posting for HR Clerk at Hiring NWA

We are looking for an HR Clerk to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources manager for a company in Fayetteville, AR.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and update job ads on careers pages
  • Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves),Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets
  • Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts)
  • Distribute physical and digital training materials
  • Address employees’ queries
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports (e.g. on expenses)

Requirements and Skills

  • Work experience as an HR Clerk or similar junior role preferred but not required
  • Work experience in an office role
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google docs etc
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, OT as needed.

Pay Rate: $17 - $20 /hr. Depending On Experience!
