Office Admin and Accounting Specialist American Auto Protection
American Auto Protection is looking for an individual that will assist a team that keeps customers happy and ensure our office is running smoothly.
You’ll oversee the agency’s policies and procedures when it comes to new enrollments, set-ups, testing, accounting, reporting, vendor relationships and much more!
Agency or Auto Dealership experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist in creation of office processes, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitably
- Work closely with management and field staff in operations, sales and marketing
- Create schedules and manage daily operations
- Assist Retail dealers set ups and training
- Create, update and maintain sales presentations
- Manage payments & accounts receivables
- Create and analyze sales, accounting and other business reports
- Training, scheduling, event planning are also responsibilities
Requirements
- Agency or Dealership Office Management Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency to multi-task, document, follow-thru and follow-up
- Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
