Legacy Toyota of Dallas is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager. The Service Manager manages all service-related staff to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. This individual is responsible for the training and development of all service staff. The Service Manager serves as the liaison between the store and Support Service to ensure that Store Performance Expectation (SPE) objectives and customer satisfaction are obtained.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Two or more year’s Automotive Service Management experience a MUST!
- Toyota experience PREFERRED!
- Experience managing 15 employees proffered.
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Bilingual- a plus.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations, including service processes, repair procedures, and dealership systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software (DMS), CRM systems, and other technology tools to manage service operations and analyze performance data.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best automotive service and repair practices.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
