We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work as a Home Care Aide with our organization. The Home Care Aides are responsible for helping patients with activities of daily living such as personal care, light housekeeping, meals, medication reminders, and follow-up doctor’s appointments. We're looking for candidates who obtain satisfaction from helping others, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and strive to make the lives of patients better. Clients are currently available Shiawassee County.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team.
  • Be reliable and trustworthy.
  • Treat clients with respect and dignity.
  • Be empathic to the client's needs and preferences.
  • Keep the client comfortable and free from pain when possible.
  • Be aware of the surroundings and communicate problems or concerns to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
You will be required to wear a mask while in the person's home, if requested. Vaccination is not mandatory to work with our company but some clients may require vaccination for you to work in their home. Lack of vaccine may result in less available hours

Experience:

  • Caregivers: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
