KLR is actively searching for a Chief Innovation Officer to oversee the enhancement of our company's innovative capabilities. In this role, you will actively identify key areas for innovative transformation, develop plans according to varying timelines, and manage these processes by aligning innovation goals with the company's broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive New Growth Opportunities
- Identify, prioritize, develop and launch new products, services and business models
- Build and Grow Innovation Capabilities
- Creates new organizational capabilities, including technical and people-driven, that ensure a steady stream of innovations
- Evangelize innovation internally and externally to influence the brand in the market and create pull for creative talent
- Create an innovation strategy that is understood and endorsed by key stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, clients, and partners
- Build a well-balanced innovation portfolio and roadmap that drives investments and topline growth
- Ensures company success in taking innovations to market in a timely and scalable way
- Utilize innovation to differentiate the company in the market, provide unique value to clients and help build long-term relationships with clients
- Evangelize innovation as to demonstrate the firm is an innovative, vision driven market leader by clients, industry groups, and media
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, information management systems, business administration or related area is required
- Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience
- Previous demonstrated experience driving innovation and growth opportunities
- Previous experience in a public accounting environment is highly preferred
- Highly developed and polished verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with expected overtime during our peak season: January through April and sporadically through the rest of the year. These periods require increasing normal weekly hours, which include weekends.
